PROBLEMS AND CONCERNS. Although every effort is made to maintain all rental properties in good order, wear and tear on a rental property is unavoidable. Please notify the management company as soon as possible if a problem with the rental property exists. Every effort will be made to rectify any problem in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that Roatan like many small islands, is without ready access to many goods and services that are available in the United States, Canada and Europe.
PROBLEMS AND CONCERNS. Not all work placements go according to plan. Participants can perform below the company’s expectations, and companies can suddenly find themselves with business problems, not enough work or the resignation of a key member of staff. Like any ‘real world’ problem, solving problems can take time and requires patience and sometimes the solution is a compromise. If you have a problem with your work placement please talk with your training centre first. It may recommend that you talk to your work place supervisor immediately or it may work on an alternative solution.

  • Staffing Concerns Nurses, individually or as a group, believing there is an immediate workload/staffing problem should bring that problem to the attention of the supervisor or Nurse Manager as soon as the problem is identified. Nurses believing there is a continuous or potential workload/staffing problem, which may include the ability to receive rest periods and lunch breaks, should attempt to resolve the problem in discussions at the work unit level. The sub-committee(s) shall report its results back to the Joint Conference Committee.

  • Concerns The Board, individually and collectively, shall promptly and discreetly refer to the District Superintendent, for his study and recommendations, any and all criticisms, complaints, suggestions, communications or comments which the Board deems to be significant regarding the administration of the St. Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx BOCES or the District Superintendent’s performance of his duties.

  • Problem Solving Employees and supervisors are encouraged to attempt to resolve on an informal basis, at the earliest opportunity, a problem that could lead to a grievance. If the matter is not resolved by informal discussion, or a problem-solving meeting does not occur, it may be settled in accordance with the grievance procedure. Unless mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union problem-solving discussions shall not extend the deadlines for filing a grievance. If another member of management is present that person will not be hearing the grievance at Step Two, should it progress to that Step. The employee, the Union Xxxxxxx or in their absence, the Local Union President, or Area Xxxxxxx, or Chief Xxxxxxx, may participate in problem-solving activities on paid time, in accordance with Article 31, Union Rights, Section 1H.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • Constructability Program 5.2.1 Implement and conduct a constructability program to identify and document Project cost and schedule savings opportunities. The constructability program shall follow accepted industry practices and be reviewed by Owner at design milestones. Whenever the term “value engineering” is used in conjunction with this Agreement or the Project, it has its commonly accepted meaning within the construction industry and does not imply the practice of professional engineering without a license. If any value engineering activities constitute the professional practice of engineering, then such activities shall be performed by an engineer licensed in Texas.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any).
