PROBATIONARY RATES. PROBATIONARY RATES. Probationary employees shall be paid at a rate set by the Employer according to experience and ability to do the work, but such rate shall not be below eighty percent (80%) of the applicable post-probationary rate. A probationary employee who is a licensed journeyman shall be paid ninety percent (90%) of the Journeyman rate during probation, unless the parties agree otherwise.
