Common use of Probationary Periods Clause in Contracts

Probationary Periods. Section 11.1. Every newly hired employee shall be required to successfully complete a probationary period. The probationary period shall begin on the first day for which the employee receives compensation from the Employer and shall continue for a period of one (1) calendar year.
