Probation Rate. The parties agree to a probationary starting rate. The Employer may pay a probationary employee a lesser amount than shown in Schedule “A”, but the differential will never be greater than fifty cents (50¢) per hour. The probationary rate will only apply during the probationary period.

  • Probation Period It is understood and agreed that the first ninety days of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which period the Employer may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee's employment, for any reason without notice or cause.

  • Salary Rate on Demotion When an employee is demoted the employee shall receive the rate for the position if a single salary. If a salary range is established, the maximum reduction shall be the closest step to 8%, but where the differential between the employee's salary before demotion and the maximum salary of the lower position is greater than 8%, the new salary shall be the maximum of the new position.

  • SALARY RATES Section 12.1 The following shall apply to full-time employees:

  • Probationary Period A new employee will be considered on probation until he has completed forty-five (45) days of work (or 337.5 hours of work for employees whose regular hours of work are other than the standard work day), within any twelve (12) calendar months.   • Compensation Rates Each of the compensation rates to be paid by Buyer to Seller for Product delivered under this Agreement as set forth below shall be populated with the values as selected by Buyer in accordance with Appendix XIV. The Compensation Rates are as follows:

  • HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED 126.   • Starting Salary All bargaining-unit positions will be hired at a starting salary commensurate with their experience. It is expected that those salaries will typically be within 20% of employees within that unit at a similar rank and/or experience level. In exceptional cases, bargaining-unit positions may be hired at a salary above that range contingent on extraordinary experience and extramural funding.
