Proactive Service. Utilizing all the previously outlined areas of RSI’s managed service practice, Right Systems is able to get ahead of issues we see on the horizon. We look at your infrastructure’s service dashboards each day and notate areas that might pose potential issues down the road. We prefer to deal with issues from a proactive perspective, making recommendations for upgrades and future projects when applicable, rather than rely solely on reactive. SCOPE OF OFFERING The following section defines the activities, services levels and procedures associated with the Managed Service offering for City of XxXxxxxx. Proactive Service. This service has on-going management fees as follows: If the total value is under £250,000 – 0.75% per annum (subject to a minimum monthly equivalent of £60) If the total value exceeds £250,000 – 0.5% per annum (subject to a minimum monthly equivalent of £156.25)  We will contact you to offer a meeting with your adviser once a year to revisit your financial strategy, complete a financial health check, and reaffirm your attitude to investment risk.  We will contact you to offer a review of your investment portfolio once a year to ensure that it is performing in line with your expectations that we agreed. Where your consent has been given your investment portfolio will also be rebalanced every year if appropriate to ensure it is in line with the agreed asset allocation and risk profile we agreed.  Once a year a cashflow analysis report and shortfall calculation will be provided as required, with the aim to ensure your needs and aspirations are on track.  Where relevant to the plans we advise on, we will assist you with your tax returns on request.  We will provide advice in connection with the most tax efficient investments for your circumstances where appropriate.  Telephone and e-mail access to your adviser and administration team. We aim to return phone calls and respond to e-mails within 48 working hours.  We will provide online access to your portfolio valuations where possible.  We will assist with any questions relating to relevant paperwork you have received since the last review.  We will provide periodic newsletters and relevant updates. Example; if your investments are valued at £120,000 and you have selected the Proactive Service the on-going service fee we would receive is £900 p.a. As this exceeds the minimum on-going service fee for this service level no other charges would be applied. The total fee payable would be £900 per annum.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Food Service Employees School year food service employees shall be entitled to the following paid vacation schedule:

  • Uniformed Service Shared Leave Pool Eligible state employees may donate leave to the uniformed services shared leave pool for use by state employees who have been called to active duty in one of the uniformed services of the United States.   • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Mediation Service The Mediation Service is a free and independent service available through MBIE. This service helps to resolve employment relationship problems and generally to promote the smooth conduct of employment relationships. Mediation is a mutual problem solving process, with the aim of reaching an agreement, assisted by an independent third party. If the parties can’t reach a settlement they can ask the mediator, in writing, to make a final and binding decision. A settlement reached through mediation and signed by the mediator at the request of the parties is final, binding and enforceable. Neither party can then take the matter any further and either party can be made to comply with the agreed settlement by court order. If the problem is unresolved through mediation either party may apply to have the matter dealt with by the Employment Relations Authority.

  • Loss of Service and Seniority An employee shall lose all service and seniority and shall be deemed to have terminated if he:
