Pro Rata Payment for Employees on Termination. Employees who quit or who are discharged shall receive pro rata vacation benefits for the period from January 1st in each year up to the date of termination as follows:

Compensation for Employees Employees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step or flat rate assigned to the class in which they are employed.
