Privity. Neither this Agreement nor any provision hereof is intended to confer upon any person/s other than the Parties to this Agreement any rights or remedies hereunder.
Privity. 34.1 This Agreement is intended solely for the benefit of the Parties and is not intended to confer any benefits on, or create any rights in favour of any other person.

Privity. 16.1 Until final completion of the Project, the Subcontractor agrees not to perform any work directly for the Owner or any tenants thereof, or deal directly with the Owner's representatives in connection with the Project, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Contractor. All Work for this Project performed by the Subcontractor shall be processed and handled exclusively through the Contractor.

Privity. This Agreement is not intended to confer any benefit on or create any obligation enforceable at the suit of any person not a party to this Agreement, except where this Agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Wherever this Agreement is expressed as conferring rights on one or more Spark Affiliates, those rights will be enforceable by each Spark Affiliate under Part 2, Subpart 1 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, provided that those Spark Affiliates will not be entitled to bring proceedings against Supplier except with Xxxxx’s written consent. Where a Spark Affiliate enters into an Agreement with Supplier, only the Spark Affiliate incurs any obligation or liability to Supplier with respect to that Agreement. Dispute resolution
Privity. A person who is not a Party will not have any rights under or in connection with this Agreement by virtue of the Contracts (Privity) Xxx 0000 except under clauses 16.1 and 16.2 which confer a benefit on, and are intended to be enforceable by those person named in those clauses.
Privity. This Agreement shall be binding upon all Persons executing these presents, and all Persons who subsequently become holders of Shares, each of whom shall execute a counterpart of this Agreement. Any agreement to be bound hereby and any other agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the Corporation or the Shares may be effectively delivered by one party to each of the others by delivery of an executed counterpart of this Agreement to the Corporation.
