Common use of Private Property Clause in Contracts

Private Property. The Licensee shall be subject to all laws, by-laws and/or regulations regarding private property in the course of constructing, installing, operating and maintaining the Cable Television System in the Town. The Licensee shall promptly repair or replace all private property, real and personal, damaged or destroyed as a result of the construction, installation, operation or maintenance of the Cable System at its sole cost and expense.

Private Property. The Licensee shall be subject to all laws, by-laws and/or regulations regarding private property in the course of constructing, upgrading, installing, operating and maintaining the Cable Television System in the Town. The Licensee shall promptly repair or replace all private property, real and personal, damaged or destroyed as a result of the construction, installation, operation or maintenance of the Cable System at its sole cost and expense.
