Privacy Notices. Any nonpublic personal information regarding "customers" or "consumers" of the parties, as those terms are defined in Regulation S-P, shall be shared between the parties and with others, only in accordance with the disclosures contained in the Privacy Notices that shall be provided by NW and Distributor to customers in accordance with the requirements of Regulation S-P.
Privacy Notices. The Parties shall each make available to the other its privacy notice (as may be in effect from time to time) detailing the way in which Personal Information is processed. BFA’s Client and Vendor Privacy Notice can be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/corporate/compliance/privacy-policy (or such future URL as may be used by BFA from time to time). Privacy Notices. COMPANY and PRODUCER agree to cooperate on the development and drafting of any Privacy Notices required to be provided by PRODUCER to INDIVIDUALS in order to ensure that such Privacy Notices accurately reflect the current usage and disclosure of PPI and comply with any state or federal law or regulation that requires the provision of such Privacy Notices.
Privacy Notices. Administrative Agent shall provide to Employer notices reflecting Administrative Agent’s privacy policies and practices as required by State and/or federal law and regulation. Administrative Agent shall also provide Employer with a model HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices template, which shall describe the existence of the Organized Health Care Arrangement permitting the sharing of PHI between the Medical Plan and the HRA plan and Health FSA. The Employer shall be responsible for customizing and finalizing and distributing such HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices to participants. The parties agree to amend this Agreement as is necessary, from time to time, to comply with the requirements of the privacy rules under HIPAA and other applicable laws. In accordance with the requirements of HIPAA, the parties shall execute a HIPAA Business Associate Contract (BAC), which will be annexed hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein.
Privacy Notices. CCS will ensure the timely delivery of all privacy notices to shareholders.

Privacy Notices. Xxxxxx Bank will prepare and approve a Privacy Notice to be provided to Cardholders on behalf of Xxxxxx Bank that meets Xxxxxx Bank’s privacy policy and otherwise reflects the terms of this Amended Program Manager Agreement related to ownership and use of Cardholder Data, including Customer Identifying Information, and Manager shall be responsible for providing this Privacy Notice to each Cardholder at Manager’s expense in accordance with Applicable Law, including providing the Privacy Notice in any foreign language through which Cardholders are being solicited via Xxxxxx Bank approved Marketing Materials. In addition, Manager is responsible for preparing and delivering, at its expense, any Privacy Notice that Manager is separately required to provide to Persons under Applicable Law. Manager may choose to support the technological and disclosure requirements necessary to permit the electronic delivery of disclosures upon Cardholder consent consistent with Applicable Law, subject to Xxxxxx Bank’s prior written approval.
Privacy Notices. Provider may collect User information in an effort to improve Customers experience, and to communicate with Customer about Providers products, services and promotions. Provider does not sell or rent Customers personal information to third parties. Provider may share Customers information with third parties that provide services on Company’s behalf or with whom Company has partnered to offer a particular product or service. Error Reports; in order to help us improve the Software, when the Software encounters certain errors, it may automatically send some information to the Provider about the error
Privacy Notices. To the extent required by applicable Data Protection Laws, Client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary privacy notices are provided to data subjects, and unless another legal basis set forth in applicable Data Protection Laws supports the lawfulness of the processing, that any necessary data subject consents to the processing are obtained and a record of such consents is maintained. Should such a consent be revoked by a data subject, Client is responsible for communicating the fact of such revocation to NTT, and NTT remains responsible for implementing Client’s instruction with respect to the processing of that personal data.
Privacy Notices. 10.1 The LA requires the School/Academy to notify data subjects of the organisations their personal data may be shared with using Privacy Notices (see information - Appendix B).
