Privacy Data. The use of data provided by the Customer or any Guests in relation to this Contract, any Hospitality Booking and/or any Match(es) (including any personal information) shall be as set out in these Terms and Conditions and shall be governed by the Club’s Privacy Policy, details of which are available on the Website. If the Customer or any Guest has any questions or concerns about the Club’s use of personal data, they should contact the Club’s Data Protection Officer by email at XXX@xxxxxx.xx.xx or by post at DPO, Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx XX0 0XX. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Club may transfer certain personal data provided by the Customer to the Club to the Catering Supplier for the purposes of clause 3.4 and to enable the Club and the Catering Supplier to provide the hospitality services to the Customer which are purchased by the Customer pursuant to this Contract.

Cloud services make it easier for Public Authorities to take advantage of opportunities to share information. For example, sharing personal information with another public Authority or Agency may be achieved by simply creating user accounts with the appropriate permissions within a SaaS solution rather than having to implement a system-to-system interface to exchange information. Although cloud services have the potential to lower the technical barriers to information sharing Public Authorities must ensure that they appropriately manage access to personal information and comply with the requirements of the European and National Privacy Legislation. Cloud providers should commit to protecting the data and limit the use of them. The data that Public Authorities host in cloud services belongs to them—and should not be used by a cloud provider for purposes other than to provide the customer’s service. Moreover, cloud providers should not use customer data for purposes unrelated to providing the service, such as advertising. Additionally, each service has established a set of standards for storing and backing up data, and securely deleting data upon request from the customer. The best-designed and implemented service cannot protect customer data and privacy if it is deployed to an environment that is not secure. Customers expect that their data will not be exposed to other cloud customers. They also assume that the processes used at the datacentre, and the people who work there, all contribute to keeping their data private and secure.   • Privacy and User Information You acknowledge that in connection with your use of Mobile Banking, First Resource Bank and its affiliates and service providers, including Fiserv, Inc. and its affiliates, may receive names, domain names, addresses, passwords, telephone and device numbers, the content of messages, data files, data about your usage of the service (such as session length, number of transactions and geolocation), and other data and information provided by you or from other sources in connection with Mobile Banking or the Software (collectively “User Information”). First Resource Bank and its affiliates and service providers will maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the information from unauthorized disclosure or use, but reserve the right to use and disclose this information as reasonably necessary to deliver Mobile Banking, perform analytics to improve the service, and as otherwise permitted by law, including compliance with court orders or lawful instructions from a government agency, to protect the personal safety of subscribers or the public, to defend claims, and as otherwise authorized by you. First Resource Bank and its affiliates and service providers also reserve the right to monitor use of Mobile Banking and the Software for purposes of verifying compliance with the law, these terms and conditions and any applicable license, but disclaim any obligation to monitor, filter, or edit any content. Restrictions on Use. You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the Software in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international Internet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not use Mobile Banking or the Software to transmit or disseminate: (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by First Resource Bank (in its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm the reputation of First Resource Bank or any third-party service provider involved in the provision of Mobile Banking; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs- related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or services of any wireless carrier; (v) viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; (vii) any material that would expose First Resource Bank, any third-party service provider involved in providing Mobile Banking, or any other third party to liability; or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Fiserv or any third party. You agree that you will not attempt to: (a) access any software or services for which your use has not been authorized; or (b) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; or (c) interfere in any manner with the provision of Mobile Banking or the Software, the security of Mobile Banking or the Software, or other customers of Mobile Banking or the Software; or (d) otherwise abuse Mobile Banking or the Software.

  • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • User Data In addition to any disclosures authorized by Section 24, You and Your Authorised Users consent and agree that the RIM Group of Companies may access, preserve, and disclose Your or Your Authorised Users' data, including personal information, contents of your communication or information about the use of Your BlackBerry Solution functionality and the services or software and hardware utilized in conjunction with Your BlackBerry Solution where available to RIM ("User Data"), to third parties, including foreign or domestic government entities, without providing notice to You or Your Authorized Users under the laws of countries where the RIM Group of Companies and its service providers, other partners and affiliates are located in order to: (i) comply with legal process or enforceable governmental request, or as otherwise required by law; (ii) cooperate with third parties in investigating acts in violation of this Agreement; or (iii) cooperate with system administrators at Internet service providers, networks or computing facilities in order to enforce this Agreement. You warrant that You have obtained all consents necessary under applicable law from Your Authorised Users to disclose User Data to the RIM Group of Companies and for the RIM Group of Companies to collect, use, process, transmit, and/or disclose such User Data as described above.

  • Privacy Statement 6.1. The Parties agree to keep all information related to the signing and fulfillment of this Agreement confidential, and not to disclose it to any third parties, except for subcontractors involved in this agreement, unless prior written consent is obtained from the other Party.   • Privacy Shield To the extent that MailChimp processes any Customer Data protected by EU Data Protection Law under the Agreement and/or that originates from the EEA, in a country that has not been designated by the European Commission or Swiss Federal Data Protection Authority (as applicable) as providing an adequate level of protection for Personal Data, the parties acknowledge that MailChimp shall be deemed to provide adequate protection (within the meaning of EU Data Protection Law) for any such Customer Data by virtue of having self-certified its compliance with Privacy Shield. MailChimp agrees to protect such Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Shield Principles. If MailChimp is unable to comply with this requirement, MailChimp shall inform Customer.

  • Access to Records – Files; Confidential Information Contractor shall maintain all books, documents, papers and records relating to the Agreement for at least seven years following completion of the project. Contractor shall maintain any other records pertinent to this Agreement in such a manner as to clearly document Contractor’s performance. City, state and federal government, and their duly authorized representatives shall have access to the books, documents, papers and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific Agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcript. Contractor agrees that all files or other documents generated or in the possession of Contractor related to Contractor's delivery of service are the property of the City and shall be available to the City upon request. Contractor understands the nature of project/projects means that Contractor may be privy to information that is confidential, proprietary or sensitive in nature, which information shall not be disclosed to any third person or entity without the consent of the City of Bend or at the City's direction, either during the term of this Agreement or after its termination. Likewise, any analysis or commentary provided by Contractor of a confidential or sensitive nature shall not be released or disclosed to any person without the consent or direction of the City.

  • Client Data The Subrecipient shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for services provided. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, income level or other basis for determining eligibility, and description of service provided. Such information shall be made available to Grantee monitors or their designees for review upon request.
