Common use of Privacy and Security Clause in Contracts

QE shall use criminal history record information acquired hereunder only to screen the QE’s Missouri current and/or prospective employees, and only for purpose(s) of employment and/or determination of suitability for access to children pursuant to the terms of the Xxxx Xxxxx Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006.
