Privacy Act 1993. Where the Customer and/or any Guarantor is an individual, the authorities under clause 11.1 are authorities or consents for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993.
Privacy Act 1993. Skills Active respects the privacy of trainees. This privacy statement explains how we may collect, store, use and disclose personal information that you provide to us. You the trainee, authorise Skills Active staff and its agents to: • collect and securely hold information relevant to this training agreement (note: you can access your personal information on request). • distribute this information as necessary to manage your training (in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Privacy Act 1993) to the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA), the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC), education training providers, iwi authorities, graduation ceremony organisers and your employer. • keep you informed of any changes or updates to qualifications or services, and to support your progress using electronic communications in accordance with the provisions of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. • use your assessment evidence as part of Skills Active’s and NZQA’s moderation or quality control systems. Skills Active will remove all references to people/places before using this information for external moderation purposes. • provide your employer and assessor with your National Student Number (‘NZQA hook-on number’) and your NZQA Record of Achievement (ROA). • allow Skills Active and my employer access to the personal information created by the Literacy Assessment Tool for teaching and learning purposes only. • allow Skills Active and the TEC to use the information and results for research purposes and general statistics on tertiary education.
Privacy Act 1993. 13.1. If the Hirer is an individual, this clause 13.1 applies. The Owner requires personal information and will collect and hold personal information about the Hirer, principally for the purpose of evaluating the hire of equipment by the Hirer. The Hirer’s application to hire equipment may be declined or the hire terminated if the Hirer fails to provide requested personal information. The Hirer can access and seek correction of any personal information by contacting the Owner. The Hirer agrees that its personal information may be used by the Owner to advise the Hirer of the Owner’s other goods and services. The Hirer authorises the disclosure of personal information held by any other party regarding any previous hire contracts entered into by the Hirer. The Hirer agrees to the Owner releasing to other parties information regarding the Contract if the Hirer does not comply with its obligations.

Privacy Act 1993. The Client authorises Sanyati to collect, retain and use any information about the Client, for the purpose of assessing the Client's creditworthiness, debt recovery action, or marketing any Goods and/or Services provided by the Sanyati to any other party. The Client authorises Sanyati to disclose any information obtained to any person, for the purposes set out above. Where the Client is a natural person, the authorities above, are authorities or consents for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993.

The Borrower and Guarantor/s each consent to the Lender obtaining such information and making such enquiries about either of them from any source, including credit reference agencies and companies related to the Lender, in relation to the Loan and disclosing information about either of them to credit reference agencies, companies related to the Lender, sureties or assignees or anyone who is considering becoming a surety or assignee. A person has the right to access personal information (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1993) held by the Lender and to request correction of any errors in that information.

If you are an individual, you have a right of access to information about you held by us and you may request correction of that information and require that the request be stored with that information. We may charge our reasonable costs of providing access to that information.
Privacy Act 1993. 25.1. The Buyer authorises the Company to contact any credit agency, referee or any other source (“Source”) in order to check, exchange or provide information in relation to the Buyer and the Buyer authorises each Source to provide to the Company any information about the Buyer. If the Buyer is a natural person, the Privacy Act 1993 entitles the Buyer to have access to personal information held by the Company about the Buyer and to request correction of that personal information.
