Human Leukocyte Antigen Testing This plan covers human leukocyte antigen testing for A, B, and DR antigens once per member per lifetime to establish a member’s bone marrow transplantation donor suitability in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-36. The testing must be performed in a facility that is: • accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks or its successors; and • licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act as it may be amended from time to time. At the time of testing, the person being tested must complete and sign an informed consent form that also authorizes the results of the test to be used for participation in the National Marrow Donor program.

Recruitment Through Jobcentre Plus 5.1 One of the key objectives of the Department for Work and Pensions is to move people from welfare into work. DWP has a Great Britain-wide network of Jobcentre Plus offices that provide job broking services for unemployed people. The Contractor is therefore required to notify Jobcentre Plus when recruiting staff for any entry-level job vacancies located within Great Britain, which may arise from the delivery of their contract to the Authority.
Qualified Medical Child Support Order A child who would otherwise meet the eligibility requirements and is required to be covered by a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) is considered an eligible dependent.
Two-‐character labels All two-‐character ASCII labels shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Such labels may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator, provided that such two-‐character label strings may be released to the extent that Registry Operator reaches agreement with the related government and country-‐code manager of the string as specified in the ISO 3166-‐1 alpha-‐2 standard. The Registry Operator may also propose the release of these reservations based on its implementation of measures to avoid confusion with the corresponding country codes, subject to approval by ICANN. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such labels that remain withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.
