Prior Rights. Any termination of this Agreement in accordance with this Clause 13 shall be without prejudice to, and shall not affect, any right of action or remedy, which has accrued in favour of either Party prior to the date of such termination.
Prior Rights. The termination of the Employment shall be without prejudice to any right that the Company may have in respect of any breach by the Executive of any of the provisions of this Agreement which may have occurred prior to such determination.

Prior Rights. The rights of Tenant under this Section 14 are subject and subordinate to all prior rights of other lessees.
