Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. With respect to: (a) each contract for goods awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I, and (b) the first contract for goods, irrespective of value, and each subsequent contract for goods, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, awarded by each implementing agency in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (a) each contract for goods awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I, and (b) the first contract for goods, irrespective of value, and each subsequent contract for goods, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, awarded by each implementing agency in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; (ii) each of the first three contract for goods estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent to be procured under national competitive bidding procedures; and (iii) each of the first three contract for goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent to be procured under shopping procedures.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to (ai) each contract for goods awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I, and (b) the first contract for goods, irrespective of value, and each subsequent contract for goods, or works estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, awarded by each implementing agency and (ii) the first contract for goods or works to be procured in accordance with the provisions procedure referred to in paragraph 1 of Part C.1 of this Section IC above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (ai) each contract for goods awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $300,000 equivalent; and (bii) the first contract three (3) contracts for goodsgoods and the first three (3) contracts for works, irrespective of the contract’s value, and each subsequent contract for goods, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, awarded by each implementing agency in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraphs C.1 or C.2 of this Schedule.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (ai) each contract for goods awarded in accordance with procured estimated to cost more than the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section I, $100,000; and (bii) and the first contract three (3) contracts for goods, irrespective of the contract’s value, and each subsequent contract for goods, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, awarded by each implementing agency in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply when said contracts shall have been procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule.

Prior Review. With respect toto each contract for: (a) each contract for goods awarded to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section I, above; and (b) goods to be procured in accordance with the first contract for goods, irrespective of value, and each subsequent contract for goods, procedures referred to in Part C.1 above estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more, awarded by each implementing agency in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (a) With respect to each contract for goods awarded to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part B of this Section I, B.1 above and (b) the first each contract for goods, irrespective of value, and each subsequent contract for goods, goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, awarded by each implementing agency more to be procured in accordance with the provisions of procedures referred to in Part C.1 of this Section ISection, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (a) each contract for goods awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I, and (b) the first contract for goods, irrespective of value, and each subsequent contract for goods, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more, awarded by ; and (b) each implementing agency in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section Icontract for goods to be procured under direct contracting, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (ai) each contract for goods awarded in accordance with estimated to cost the provisions equivalent of Part B of this Section I$300,000 or more, and (bii) the first contract for goods, irrespective of value, and each subsequent contract to be procured under the national competitive bidding procedures provided for goods, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, awarded by each implementing agency in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section ISchedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (ai) each contract for goods awarded in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I, and (b) the first contract for goods, irrespective of value, and each subsequent contract for goods, estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, awarded by each implementing agency in accordance with ; and (ii) the provisions first contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of Part C.1 of this Section Iless than $100,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
