Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each to: (i) the first contract for the employment of consulting firms firms, irrespective of value; and (ii) each subsequent contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.)

Prior Review. (a) With respect The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply to the following: (i) the first two (2) contracts for the employment of consulting firms, regardless of cost; and (ii) thereafter, each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms firms: (i) estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more, or (ii) awarded under Single Source, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 4 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 80,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section, and each contract procured in accordance with the provisions of Section C.1 of this Section which is estimated to cost the equivalent of more than $100,000 or moreequivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each implementing agency’s first contract for the employment irrespective of consulting firms value, and each subsequent contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, for the employment of consulting firms, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or moremore and to each contract to be selected on a single source basis, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment by the Recipient of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms to be selected on a single source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or moremore and for all sole source contracts, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, and the first contract procured under the Selection Based on Consultants’ Qualifications method referred to in Part C.2 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $a total of US$100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 22 paragraph 2(a)) , 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $€ 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of US $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for the employment of consulting firms to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 1 under Part B of this Section; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for the employment of consulting firms to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 under Part C of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 2 and 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

(a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms for any assignment estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, technical evaluation report, terms of references and copy of proposals, if requested, shall be submitted to the Association and the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 3, and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

(a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 US$200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or moremore and the first two contracts in each Province referred to in Section 3 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 and (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, more the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 and (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraphs 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms for technical assistance or training estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms and POs estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or moremore and each contract to be awarded pursuant to Part C.3 of Section II of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each the first contract for the employment of consulting firms firms, and thereafter each contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 and (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 30,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, and each contract to be awarded pursuant to Part C.3 of Section II of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to the first three contracts for the employment of consulting firms and of individual consultants and each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.
