Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) works estimated to cost the equivalent $500,000 or more; and (b) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000, or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

(a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract to be procured in accordance with the provisions referred to in Part B 1. of Section I of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. With respect to: (a) the first two contracts for works estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 equivalent each, and thereafter, each contract estimated to cost $1,000,000 or more; and (b) the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent, and thereafter, each contract estimated to cost $300,000 equivalent or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for: (i) all contracts for goods and works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part B of this Section I; and (ii) the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works procured in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section I, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
Prior Review. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following prior review procedures shall apply:
