Prior Occupancy. In the event the Premises are delivered to and are occured by Tenant prior to the Commencement Date of the Term of this Lease, such occupancy shall be subject to all the terms and conditions of this Lease.

Prior Occupancy. Owner may, upon written notice thereof to Design-Builder, take possession of or use any completed or partially completed portion of the Work ("Prior Occupancy") at any time prior to Substantial Completion. Notwithstanding the above, Owner shall be responsible for loss of or damage to the Work resulting from Prior Occupancy.

Prior Occupancy. Tenant shall not occupy the Leased Premises prior to Lease Commencement Date except with the express prior written consent of Landlord and in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 6. Prior Occupancy. If Tenant shall occupy the premises prior to the beginning of the terms of this Lease, with Landlord's consent all of the provisions of this Lease shall be in full force and effect commencing on the date of such occupancy.
