Common use of Prior Notice Clause in Contracts

Prior Notice. In the case of a Voluntary Transfer, the Member proposing to effect a Voluntary Transfer delivers a notice to the Company at least ten (10) days prior to any proposed Voluntary Transfer of Units otherwise permitted pursuant to Section 6.2;
