Common use of Prior Employment Agreements Clause in Contracts

Prior Employment Agreements. This Agreement supersedes and replaces any prior written or unwritten employment agreements between the Executive and the Corporation, including the Former Agreement, with the exception that the Executive acknowledges that the Executive continues to be bound by all earlier confidentiality, conflict of interest, fiduciary and intellectual property restrictions and obligations owed to the Corporation.
