Prior Contracts. This Contract supersedes and terminates, as of the date hereof, the existing custodian contracts between the Trust and the Custodian. Any reference to the custodian contract between the Trust and the Custodian in documents executed prior to the date hereof shall be deemed to refer to this Contract.
