Prior Agreements and Understandings. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings (whether written or oral) between the Company and the Underwriters, or any of them, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Prior Agreements and Understandings. No agreement or understanding contrary to this collective bargaining agreement, nor any alteration, variation, waiver or modification of any of the terms or conditions contained herein shall be binding upon the parties hereto unless such arrangement, understanding, alteration, variation, waiver or modification is executed in writing between the two parties.
