Prior Agreements; Amendments. This Agreement supersedes the December 1, 1993 Custodian Contract, as amended, between each Fund on behalf of each of the Fund’s Portfolios and the Custodian relating to the custody of the Fund’s assets. This Agreement may be amended at any time in writing by mutual agreement of the parties hereto.
