PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Subscriber warrants that no outstanding balances are owed to Atlantic Broadband from previous accounts with Atlantic Broadband. If Atlantic Broadband finds a prior account with Subscriber that has outstanding balances owed to Atlantic Broadband, then Atlantic Broadband may apply any funds received to that prior account or transfer the outstanding balance from the prior account to the new Subscriber account.
PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no monies are owed to HomeWorks from previous accounts with HomeWorks Connect. If HomeWorks finds a prior account with Customer where money is owed to HomeWorks, then HomeWorks may apply any funds received to that prior account.
PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no monies are owed to Company from previous accounts with Company or its affiliates. If Company finds a prior account with Customer or its affiliates where money is owed, then Company may apply any funds received to that prior account, where allowed by law.

If VIBRANT finds a prior account with Customer with monies owed to Xxxxxx or VIBRANT, then VIBRANT may apply any funds received to that prior account. Prior accounts where money is owed to Xxxxxx or VIBRANT must be paid in full before starting broadband services.
PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no monies are owed to TRICOLINK from previous accounts with TRICOLINK. If TRICOLINK finds a prior account with Customer where money is owed to TRICOLINK, then TRICOLINK may apply any funds received to that prior account.
PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no outstanding balances are owed to Breezeline from previous accounts with Breezeline. If Breezeline finds a prior account with Customer that has outstanding balances owed to Breezeline, then Breezeline may apply any funds received to that prior account or transfer the outstanding balance from the prior account to the new Customer account.
PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no monies are owed from previous accounts with Xxxxxx Rural Electric Cooperative Association, Inc or its subsidiary, Regional Media Corporation. If Velocity finds a prior account with Customer where money is owed to Xxxxxx Rural Electric Cooperative or its subsidiary Regional Media Corporation, then Velocity may apply any funds received to that prior account. Prior accounts where money is owed to Xxxxxx Rural Electric Cooperative or its subsidiary Regional Media Corporation must be paid in full before starting broadband services.
PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no monies are owed to MCEC Fiber, Inc. from previous accounts with MCEC Fiber, Inc. If MCEC Fiber, Inc. finds a prior account with Customer where money is owed, then MCEC Fiber, Inc. may apply any funds received to that prior account.
PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Customer warrants that no monies are owing to CCVN from previous Customer accounts with CCVN. If CCVN finds a prior account with Customer with monies owed to CCVN, then CCVN may apply any funds received from Customer to that prior account before the funds are applied to the new account. CCVN is not required to furnish its service or to continue its service to any applicant who, at the time of application, is indebted under an undisputed xxxx to CCVN for Service previously furnished to such applicant or any other member of the applicant’s household.
PRIOR ACCOUNTS. Member warrants that no monies are owed to PIE&G from previous accounts with PIE&G. If PIE&G finds a prior account with Member where money is owed to PIE&G, then PIE&G may apply any funds received to that prior account, where allowed by law.
