Printing the Agreement. The Employer agrees to make available ten (10) copies of this Agreement to the PBA within forty-five (45) days after final ratification by City Council and signature by the parties of the ratification page of the contract. Printing the Agreement. The Cost of printing the ratified Agreement shall be shared jointly between the Association and the Board.
Printing the Agreement. The Union and the City desire that every employee be familiar with the provision of this Agreement and his rights and duties under it. For this reason, the City shall print sufficient copies of this Agreement within thirty (30) days of its execution.

The City agrees to provide additional copies of this labor agreement to the Union upon written request and the Union agrees to reimburse the City for the additional copies at cost.
Printing the Agreement. 19.01. The Employer and the Federation each agree to pay one-half of the cost of printing this Agreement in booklet form and to distribute copies of the Agreement to each member of the bargaining unit presently employed by the Employer and to each new bargaining unit member hired. Additionally, the Employer may post a copy of the Agreement on-line.
Printing the Agreement. The parties will share equally in the cost of printing of this Agreement. The number of copies printed shall be sufficient to provide each employee and each supervisor and manager with responsibility for employees with a copy and provide a reasonable number of additional copies for newly hired employees.
