Printing of this Agreement. The parties agree that a CEA representative and a person appointed by the Employer shall meet and mutually agree on the format, size and specifications of the Agreement. The parties shall designate the number of copies of the Agreement each desires and each party shall be responsible for the cost involved in printing that number of copies. CEA shall be responsible for the distribution of the copies of its membership and such copies may be distributed during work hours. The Employer shall agree to provide an online copy of the current agreement.

Printing of this Agreement. The parties agree that no later than thirty (30) days after the execution of this Agreement representatives of the Employer and the Union will meet and mutually agree on the format, size, and specifications of the printed agreement. The Employer shall print or be responsible for the printing of this Agreement within ninety (90) days of the signing of the Agreement. The parties will designate the number of copies of the Agreement each desires and each party will be responsible for the cost involved in printing that number of copies. The Union will be responsible for distribution of the copies to its membership and all such copies may be distributed during working hours.
Printing of this Agreement. The cost of producing five hundred (500) copies of this agreement shall be equally divided between the Board and the Association.

  • Execution of this Agreement This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original copy of this Agreement and all of which, when taken together, will be deemed to constitute one and the same agreement. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes.
