Printing Expenses. The expenses incurred in printing and distributing the Registration Statement, the Prospectus, any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus and any amendment thereof or supplement thereto.

Outside production companies are used for projects that can not be handled by Alex. Xxowx'x xx-house production capabilities. Any charges for outside production are billed to a client at cost. 12 (f)
Printing Expenses. Whenever the work covered by this Agreement shall involve printing and/or packaging expenses, SP shall reimburse RMD for all such expenses up to a maximum of $50.00. RMD will secure SP approval prior to incurring expenses.
