Printer location. In order to ensure that changing the printer paper does not require access to the drop bucket compartment or logic areas, the ticket printer shall be located in a locked area of the Gambling Device (e.g., require opening the main door to access the ticket printer), but shall not be located in the logic area or in the drop compartment.

Printer location. All ticket printers should be located in a separate, lockable room or area within the agency that is accessible only to your personnel. [Note: If your agency location has more than one room or office, it is suggested that the printer(s) be placed in the room least accessible to the general public. If the agency location is primarily one room or office, a partition could be built or created with bookshelves, for example, to separate the ticket printer(s) from access by non-agency personnel.] Part B: ARC Traffic Documents (Electronic Format) Agent must exercise reasonable care in the issuance or disclosure of ARC Traffic Documents/data/numbers in an electronic format, to prevent the unauthorized issuance or use of such Traffic Documents/data/numbers. "Reasonable care" includes effective, electronic challenge and authentication, e.g., Log-in Credentials or Security Credentials, including, for example, Usernames, PIN and password, of any user accessing agent hardware, systems, or any other systems or hardware which can be used to issue ARC Traffic Documents/data/numbers in an electronic format. At a minimum, Agent must implement appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures and systems to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of Transactional Data.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted).
