Printed Matter. Licensee is prohibited from producing and distributing his own literature, or from any action that would give the impression directly or indirectly, to others that Product and/or the "Marks" are the property of Licensee.
Printed Matter. Except as specifically set forth herein, no Software or Documentation which is provided by University pursuant to this Agreement in human readable form, such as written or printed documents, shall be copied in whole or in part by Licensee without University's prior written agreement. Additional copies of printed materials may be obtained from University at the charges then in effect.

Except as specifically set forth herein, no Software or Documentation which is provided by Next Gear pursuant to this Agreement in human-readable form (such as written or printed documents) shall be copied in whole or in part by Licensee without Next Gear’s prior written consent. Additional copies of printed materials may be obtained from Next Gear at such charges as may be in effect by Next Gear.
Printed Matter. Neither the Investment Adviser nor the Bank shall publish or circulate any printed matter which contains any reference to the other party without such party's prior written approval. The Fund or the Investment Adviser may circulate such printed matter as refers in accurate terms to the Bank's appointment hereunder provided that the Bank is given a copy of such material prior to its first use.
Printed Matter. In references to the venue in advertisements, brochures, catalogues, on signs, in indications of the Olma halls, etc., the official logo with the publisher's mark of CongressEvents must be used. The logo and the publisher's mark are available from Olma Messen St.Gallen. Their placing on the printed matter shall be arranged with Olma Messen St.Gallen before the print job.

Additional copies of printed materials may be obtained from ESP at the charges then in effect.
Printed Matter. Except as specifically set forth herein, no Bilindex Databases or Documentation which is provided by Floricanto Press pursuant to this Agreement in human readable form, such as written or printed documents, shall be copied in whole or in part by Licensee without Floricanto Press's prior written agreement. Additional copies of printed materials may be obtained from Floricanto Press at the charges then in effect.

Except for Documentation made publicly available for use by customers with LICENSOR’s Software, no other Documentation which is provided by LICENSOR, if any at all, pursuant to this Agreement in human readable form, such as written or printed documents, shall be copied in whole or in part by LICENSEE without LICENSOR's prior written agreement. Additional copies of printed materials may be obtained from LICENSOR at the charges then in effect, where applicable.
