Printed Material. All written or printed materials used by Employee in performing duties for Employer are and shall remain the property of Employer. Upon termination of employment, Employee shall promptly return such written or printed materials to Employer.
Printed Material. Firm and those providing services for Firm under the Contract shall not make copies of Citizens Confidential Information unless there is a business need. The disposal of such printed materials must be conducted in a manner that renders the information inaccessible to others (use of a reputable third party shredding company is permissible).
Printed Material. All written, printed, visual or audio materials used by Executive in performing duties for Company, other than Executive’s personal notes and diaries, are and shall remain the property of Company. Upon termination of employment on any basis, Executive shall return all such materials to Company.
Printed Material. To the extent permitted by law, any printed material supplied by the Host Committee shall be provided by a firm or firms covered by union collective bargaining agreements.
Printed Material. All written or printed materials which shall include, but not be limited to, computer software, programs and files, used by Employee in performing duties for Employers are, and shall remain, the property of Employers, provided that any materials which belonged personally to Employee prior to his employment with Employers are, and shall remain, the property of Employee. Upon termination of Employee's employment with Employers, Employee shall return such applicable written or printed materials to Employers.
Printed Material. If Client prepares a program, brochure or other printed material describing the events referenced in Attachment A, or attached addenda, Client will provide such written material to DMC in advance, for DMC’s review and approval of any use of the DMC’s service mark and to enable DMC to determine what the participants’ expectation about such events will be. DMC’s approval will not be unreasonably withheld. DMC agrees to perform such review promptly and at no charge.
Printed Material. With respect to printed material containing Confidential Information, Receiving Party agrees (i) to store such material in secured areas with access limited to individuals with business need to access, and (ii) that such material will be disposed of in a secure manner employing processes including, at a minimum, onsite shredding prior to recycling or placement in secure bins with subsequent off-site shredding by a licensed contractor;
Printed Material. A project leaflet will be developed for partners to distribution in their networks and at conferences, exhibitions and other events. The first project leaflet will contain general information about the project activities, partners, and expected results. An additional leaflet may be prepared later in the project providing most specific information about the project results. The leaflets will be written in accessible language to reach the widest possible audience. Other printed materials, such as posters, roll-ups, pens and banners will be produced, in accordance with the project’s style guide, to present the project at various events. Project partners will translate the information on the posters, leaflet and fact sheets. EFFoST will provide templates that will also be made available on the project management website.
Printed Material. OEM Partner may purchase at the price paid by Synopsys reasonable quantities of printed marketing materials, collateral, product data sheets and other materials relating to the marketing of the Licensed Software that Synopsys provides to its other Resellers ("Printed Materials"), or to provide OEM Partner with source information for such Printed Materials if they are generated for Synopsys, by a third party. Subject to availability, Synopsys will, at OEM Partner's request, provide, at no charge, electronic versions of the Printed Materials in a format suitable for reproduction by OEM Partner. OEM Partner and its Resellers shall have the right to distribute, reproduce, translate, modify and create derivative works of the Printed Materials. OEM Partner shall display Synopsys' trademarks and/or copyright notifications, as applicable, on copies of the Printed Materials that are created or modified by OEM Partner which include any Synopsys trademarks or copyrighted materials.
Printed Material. To the extent consistent with terms and conditions of the New BLA, all artwork and package copy to be used in connection with the STRAIGHT PRODUCTS (as defined in the New BLA and supplied under this Agreement) shall be prepared by Manufacturer and all artwork and package copy to be used in connection with all Products other than STRAIGHT PRODUCTS shall be prepared by JDI; provided, however, that the Parties acknowledge and agree that Manufacturer shall have the right to review and approve (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) of such artwork and package copy for Licensed Products prepared by JDI, and to require and enforce compliance by JDI of Manufacturer’s standards (so long as the same standards are applied by Manufacturer to its own products) with regard to labeling and ingredient disclosures on such Licensed Products. Manufacturer shall purchase all film and printed materials for each at least 10 days prior to the scheduled production run. Except as otherwise required by the New BLA, JDI shall be responsible for ensuring that instructions for use and warnings contained on packaging for all Products and supplied under this Agreement other than STRAIGHT PRODUCTS (as defined in the New BLA) *** CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL REDACTED AND SEPARATELY FILED WITH THE COMMISSION ***. Except as otherwise required by the New BLA, Manufacturer shall be responsible for ensuring that all artwork and package copy (other than the instructions for use and warnings described in the immediately preceding sentence) will comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations relating to the labeling and advertising of the ordered Products.
