Principal Place of Business of the Company. The principal place of business of the Company shall be located at such location as the Member, as a matter of discretion, may determine from time to time. The registered agent for the service of process and registered office of the Company shall be the person and location set forth in the Company’s Certificate of Formation filed with the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware. The Member may, from time to time, change such registered agent and registered office by appropriate filings as required by law.
