Common use of Principal Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Principal Paying Agent. The Issuer shall provide to the Principal Paying Agent in a sufficient quantity, for distribution among the relevant Agents as required by this Agreement or the Conditions, all documents required under the Securities or by any stock exchange on which the Securities are listed from time to time to be available for issue or inspection during business hours (and the Registrar shall make such documents available for collection or inspection to the Holders that are so entitled and carry out the other functions set out in Schedule 1).

Principal Paying Agent. The Issuer shall provide to the Principal Paying Agent in a sufficient quantity, for distribution among the relevant Agents as required by this Agreement or the Conditions, all documents required under the Securities Notes or by any stock exchange on which the Securities Notes are listed from time to time to be available for issue or inspection during business hours (and the Registrar Transfer Agents shall make such documents available for collection or inspection to the Holders Noteholders that are so entitled and carry out the other functions set out in the Schedule 1to this Agreement).

The Issuer shall provide to the Principal Paying Agent in a sufficient quantity, for distribution among the relevant Agents as required by this Agreement or the Conditions, all documents (including Change of Control Put Exercise Notices) required under the Securities Notes or by any stock exchange on which the Securities Notes are listed from time to time to be available by appointment for issue or inspection during business hours or at the relevant Agent’s option such issue or inspection may be provided electronically (and the Registrar Transfer Agents shall make such documents available for collection or inspection to the Holders Noteholders that are so entitled and carry out the other functions set out in Schedule 12).

The Issuer shall provide to the Principal Paying Agent in a sufficient quantity, for distribution among the relevant Agents as required by this Agreement or the Conditions, all documents (including Change of Control Put Exercise Notices) required under the Securities Notes or by any stock exchange on which the Securities Notes are listed from time to time to be available by appointment for issue or inspection during business hours or at the relevant Agent’s option such issue or inspection may be provided electronically (and the Registrar Transfer Agent shall make such documents available for collection or inspection to the Holders Noteholders that are so entitled and carry out the other functions set out in Schedule 12).
