Principal Office of the Trust. The principal office of the Trust in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall be located in Boston, Massachusetts. The Trust may, in addition, establish and maintain such other offices and places of business within or outside the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as the Board of Trustees may from time to time determine.
