Principal obligations Sample Clauses
The 'Principal obligations' clause defines the main duties and responsibilities that each party must fulfill under the agreement. It typically outlines the core actions, deliverables, or services that are expected, such as providing goods, making payments, or performing specific tasks. By clearly stating these obligations, the clause ensures that both parties understand their primary commitments, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and disputes over what is required.
