Principal Investigators. PHS research work under this CRADA will be performed by the PHS laboratory identified in the RP, and the PHS Principal Investigator (PI) designated in the RP will be responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of PHS. Also designated in the RP is the Collaborator PI who will be responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of the Collaborator.
Principal Investigators. A Principal Investigator(s) will be assigned by the University for directing the performance of the Work. If for any reason the Principal Investigator(s) becomes unavailable, the University shall notify the Sponsor with an appointment of a successor Principal Investigator chosen by the University. Unless the Sponsor provides notification of dissent in writing within fifteen (15) days of notice by the University for the appointment of a successor Principal Investigator, the successor Principal Investigator will replace the Principal Investigator of this Agreement and will conduct the Work. If a mutually acceptable successor is not identified, this Agreement or the specific project may be terminated immediately by either Party provided however that all funds paid to the University by the Sponsor prior to such termination will be retained by the University.
Principal Investigators. The Additional Research Program will be conducted under the direction of the Principal Investigators. UHN shall ensure that the Principal Investigators are available to perform the Additional Research Program and shall not replace such persons with any other person without the prior written approval of MBI. In the event of the death, incapacity or total disability of one or both of the Principal Investigators or one or both of the Principal Investigators ceases employment or terminates his/her association with UHN, UHN shall notify MBI in writing and may nominate one or more replacements. If no nominee satisfactory to MBI is found, MBI may immediately terminate this Agreement under Section 9.3.
Principal Investigators. NIST shall be the supervising Federal agency, both administratively and scientifically, for this CRADA. The NIST PI is responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of NIST. The designated Collaborator PI is responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of Collaborator. Collaborator shall designate the Project Team in Appendix A of this CRADA.
Principal Investigators. NOAA/NWS shall be the supervising Federal agency, both administratively and scientifically, for this CRADA. The NOAA/NWS PI is responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of NOAA/NWS. The designated Collaborator PI is responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of the Collaborator. The Collaborator shall designate the Project Team in Appendix A of this Agreement.
Principal Investigators. The Evaluation shall be performed under the direction of the Principal Investigator.
Principal Investigators. The Project will be supervised and co-ordinated by [insert PI name] on behalf of [insert name of counter-party] (“[insert name of counter-party] PI”) and [insert PI name] on behalf of NParks (“NParks PI”).
Principal Investigators. The conduct of University activities under the Research Project shall be directed and supervised by [Mr./Ms.____________] or his [or her] successor appointed by University and acceptable to XYZ (the “Principal Investigator of University”), and the conduct of XYZ activities under the Research Project shall be supervised by [Mr. /Ms.____________] or his [or her] successor appointed by XYZ acceptable to University (the “Principal Investigator of XYZ”).
Principal Investigators. Identify the investigators who will serve as faculty (co-)PIs. Please briefly describe each PI’s capacity, including any previous and/or current grant funding received, strength of faculty and student engagement activities, and history of successful intersegmental partnerships.
Principal Investigators. For as long as he remains at the Institution, Dx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx shall direct and act as principal investigator for the Institution's portion of the Program. During the Program Term, Dx. Xxxxxxxxx X. Hausheer shall direct and act as principal investigator for the BioNumerik portion of the Program.
