Principal Indebtedness of the Note. The unpaid Principal Indebtedness advanced under the Purchase Agreement (the “Note”), together with any accrued and unpaid interest at the Interest Rate thereon shall be due and payable on the earliest to occur of (a) the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default (as defined herein), or (b) March 31, 2019 (the “Maturity Date”).
Principal Indebtedness of the Note. Unless previously converted into the Conversion Shares, the outstanding Principal Indebtedness of this Purchase Note (the “Note”) shall be due and payable, together with accrued and unpaid interest on the outstanding Principal Indebtedness (calculated on a monthly basis as set forth below), at 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on December 31, 2018 (the “Maturity Date”).

  • Subordinated Indebtedness The Obligations constitute senior indebtedness which is entitled to the benefits of the subordination provisions of all outstanding Subordinated Indebtedness.
