Principal Corporate Offices. At the KGE Effective Time, (i) the executive headquarters of New KC shall be in Kansas City, Missouri, (ii) the customer service headquarters of New KC shall be in Wichita, Kansas, and (iii) the field operation headquarters of New KC shall be in Topeka, Kansas.
Principal Corporate Offices. The Company shall maintain its headquarters and principal corporate offices in Charlotte, North Carolina. Each of Duke Power LLC, The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, PSI Energy, Inc. and The Union Light, Heat and Power Company shall maintain its utility headquarters in its present location.

At the Effective Time, the headquarters of the KCPL division of Western Resources shall be in Kansas City, Missouri; the headquarters of the KGE division of Western Resources and Kansas Gas and Electric Company shall be in Wichita, Kansas; and the headquarters of Western Resources and the KPL division of Western Resources shall be in Topeka, Kansas. At the Effective Time, Western Resources' electric utility operations shall be headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.
Principal Corporate Offices. MVT Holding’s headquarters and principal corporate offices immediately following the Transactions shall be the current MVT Corp., headquarters and principal corporate offices, and New MI Corp.’s headquarters and principal corporate offices shall be the current MI Corp. headquarters and principal corporate offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Principal Corporate Offices. The Company and Enova Sub shall maintain their principal corporate offices in San Diego and Pacific Sub shall maintain its principal corporate offices in Los Angeles.

Each of Florida Power & Light Company, Entergy Arkansas, Inc., Entergy Gulf States, Inc., Entergy Louisiana, Inc., Entergy Mississippi, Inc., Entergy New Orleans, Inc. and System Energy Resources, Inc. shall maintain its utility headquarters in its present location.
Principal Corporate Offices. New Sally’s headquarters and principal corporate offices immediately following the Transactions shall be at the current Xxxxx headquarters in Denton, Texas, and New Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx’x headquarters and principal corporate offices shall be the current Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx headquarters and principal corporate offices in Melrose Park, Illinois.
Principal Corporate Offices. At the Closing Date, and for at least the two-year period thereafter, the principal corporate offices and the commercial business units of the Company and the Affiliated Companies shall be maintained in their current locations, except to the extent that any material damage, destruction or casualty loss makes it impracticable to do so.
