Common use of Principal Amounts Clause in Contracts

Principal Amounts. The initial aggregate principal amount of the 2022 Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 3 shall not exceed $500,000,000 and the initial aggregate principal amount of the 2042 Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 3 shall not exceed $500,000,000 (except for 2012 Series Notes of each series authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other 2012 Series Notes of such series pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.05, 3.06, 9.06 or 11.07 of the Indenture and except for any 2012 Series Notes which pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Indenture are deemed never to have been authenticated and delivered hereunder).

Principal Amounts. The initial aggregate principal amount of the 2022 2014 Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 3 2 shall not exceed $500,000,000 250,000,000 and the initial aggregate principal amount of the 2042 2019 Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 3 2 shall not exceed $500,000,000 750,000,000 (except for 2012 2009 Series Notes of each series authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other 2012 2009 Series Notes of such series pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.05, 3.06, 9.06 or 11.07 of the Indenture and except for any 2012 2009 Series Notes which pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Indenture are deemed never to have been authenticated and delivered hereunder).

The initial aggregate principal amount of the 2022 2027 Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 3 4 shall not exceed $500,000,000 450,000,000 and the initial aggregate principal amount of the 2042 2047 Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 3 4 shall not exceed $500,000,000 750,000,000 (except for 2012 Series Notes of each series authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other 2012 Series Notes of such series pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.05, 3.06, 9.06 or 11.07 of the Indenture and except for any 2012 Series Notes which pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Indenture are deemed never to have been authenticated and delivered hereunder).

The Subject to Section 2.10, the initial aggregate principal amount of the 2022 2028 Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 3 6 shall not exceed $500,000,000 400,000,000 and the initial aggregate principal amount of the 2042 2048 Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 3 6 shall not exceed $500,000,000 850,000,000 (except for 2012 Series Notes of each series authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other 2012 Series Notes of such series pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.05, 3.06, 9.06 or 11.07 of the Indenture and except for any 2012 Series Notes which pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Indenture are deemed never to have been authenticated and delivered hereunder).
