Prime Time. Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee shall be restricted in the time of year he/she chooses to take his/her vacation entitlement. However, all employees shall be allowed to take up to four weeks of their vacation entitlement during the period May 1 to September 30 inclusive, which shall be defined as the prime-time vacation period.
Prime Time. For purposes of this article, “prime time” is defined as follows:
Prime Time. BLOCKS Notwithstanding that vacation is to be chosen in blocks during prime vacation periods the Corporation shall make all reasonable efforts to xxxxx xxxx time to employees applying for additional days of leave to be attached prior to or after a vacation block in a effort to recognize the vacation rental needs and/or airline ticket purchase practices. These additional days shall not be seen as reducing the total number of vacation blocks available to employees applying for vacation.
Prime Time. June 1 to August 31 Employees requesting leave during the Prime Time must submit a written request not later than March 15th. The Employer shall post a vacation roster setting out the approved vacation periods not later than May 1st. No employee shall be granted more than two (2) weeks of vacation until all staff have had the opportunity to choose two (2) weeks of vacation time during such Prime Time period.
Prime Time. Prime vacation time is defined as May 15 through September 15, and December 15 through January 5. Employees will not be granted more than two (2) periods of up to seven (7) consecutive days of time off or up to fourteen (14) consecutive days of time off (or less as limited by available PTO accruals) during prime time, if permitting such leave request would result in another nurse not being able to take time off during the same prime time period.
Prime Time. Three (3) minutes per hour.
Prime Time. 7 Prime Time is defined as the dates between the Sunday eight (8) days prior to 8 Memorial Day and the Saturday immediately following Labor Day.
Prime Time. Fares may be subject to a multiplier at times of high demand of the Services (“Prime Time”) as determined by Xxxxxxx. For all workouts with a variable cost, we will use reasonable efforts to inform you of any Prime Time multipliers in effect at the time of your request. For quoted costs we may factor in the Prime Time multiplier into the quoted price of the workout and guest pass. Any Prime Time charges shall be considered part of the Cost.
Prime Time. June 1 to September 30 In scheduling vacation periods senior employees shall have preference, subject to operational requirements. Employees must, no later than April 30th, complete and submit a “Request for Vacation Leave” form indicating their choice of vacation for the upcoming June 1 through Sept 30 (prime time) period. The Employer shall post, not later than May 15th, a vacation roster setting out the approved vacation requests. Should employees neglect to complete the "Request for Vacation Leave" form, they shall forfeit the right to exercise seniority for vacation during the prime time period over employees for whom approval has been posted. It is understood that no employee shall be granted more than two (2) vacation weeks until all staff have had the opportunity to choose vacation time during the prime period of June 1 to September 30.
