PRIME CONTRACTOR PRICE PROPOSAL. For all costs involved in this change including extensions of time herein requested, the undersigned Prime Contractor proposes to perform the work described above in accordance with the provisions of Article VII of the contract and certifies that: The change request is made in good faith; The validity of the Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Supplier change requests have been verified; the supporting data is accurate and complete to the best knowledge and belief of the Prime Contractor; and the Prime Contractor actually believes DCAMM is liable for the add amount, or entitled to the deduct amount of the change request, whichever is applicable. Any attempted amendment to this form shall be interpreted as superseded by the original printed language in the executed contract documents. Request payment be made on the basis of:

  • GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE PROPOSAL 7.1 At the conclusion of the Design Development phase the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal to Owner based on the Design Development phase documents and review comments. The GMP shall be delivered to the Owner within three (3) weeks of the Design Development review meeting or a date established by the Owner. The GMP Proposal must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines established by Owner and delivered in the format specified by Owner in Exhibit “E” attached to this Agreement. Owner, at its sole option and discretion, may specify different requirements for the GMP Proposal. Contractor shall not withdraw its Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal for ninety (90) days following submission to Owner.

  • Proposal Work Authorizations The State may issue a proposal work authorization under which the Engineer will submit a proposal for additional work. The proposal must be for additional work that is within the defined scope of work under this contract. The amount to be paid for a proposal work authorization will be a lump sum for each proposal. The lump sum payment will be no less than two percent (2%) and no more than four percent (4%) of the State's estimate of the cost of the additional work. The Engineer may elect without penalty not to submit a proposal in response to a proposal work authorization. Any proposal submitted in response to a proposal work authorization will be the sole property of the State. The State may, at its option, issue similar or identical proposal work authorizations under other contracts, and the proposals submitted in response to the various proposal work authorizations may be compared by the State for the purpose of determining the contract under which the work will be awarded. The determination of the contract under which the work will be awarded will be based on the design characteristics of the proposal and the Engineer's qualifications and will not consider the Engineer's rates.

  • Technical Proposal The technical proposal may be presented in free format. It shall not exceed ten pages, not counting the CVs. It shall respect the following page limit and structure: • Technical methodology (max. 7 pages) • Quality management (max. 1 page) • Project management (max. 1 page) • Resource management (proposal (max. 1 page) + CVs of experts)

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • Bidding and Proposal Phase 1.5.1 In conjunction with the development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price and at other times as appropriate to the Project, the Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner and Construction Manager by receiving and recording requests for Bid and Request for Proposal (“RFP”) Documents, receiving and resolving questions about Bid and RFP Documents; preparing addenda, issuing addenda, and accounting for addenda issued; attending pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences and HUB meetings; evaluating bids and proposals; and assisting in preparing and awarding multiple contracts for construction. Architect/Engineer shall answer inquiries from bidders and proposers at Owner’s request, and shall prepare and issue any necessary addenda to the bidding or proposal documents.
