Prime Contractor and Subcontractors. Provide information from organizations and companies for which Offeror has previously performed work. Offerors and any major subcontractors shall each provide information on no less than three (3) and no more than five (5) past or present contracts. Major subcontractors are defined as teaming partners or subcontractors performing effort estimated as greater than ten percent (10%) of the annual contract value. It is the responsibility of the prime contractor to integrate major subcontractor inputs within the page constraints of the volume.

Prime Contractor and Subcontractors. Contractor has prime responsibility for all services and goods to be provided under this contract, specifically including adequate supervision of work to be performed. This contract is only between Contractor and the City, and Contractor accepts full responsibility for the work performed and goods provided by, and the acts and omissions of, its subcontractors. Subcontractor will not subcontract for any part of this contract without the advance written permission of the City Purchasing Agent. Contractor will provide the names, qualifications, and experience of any proposed subcontractors to the City Purchasing Agent.

Contractor warrants and agrees that any subcontract resulting from its performance under the terms and conditions of this Contract, shall include a provision requiring the said subcontractor to abide by the terms and conditions hereof, as well as all other applicable federal and State laws, and rules and regulations pertinent hereto that have been or may hereafter be established. Also, Contractor warrants and agrees that all subcontracts shall include a provision that the subcontractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the State of Colorado, Department of Human Services.

The Contractor shall be the sole point of contact with the Owner with regard to all matters covered by this Agreement. The Owner may initiate or maintain contact with any subcontractor if such contact becomes necessary, in the Owner’s judgment, to mitigate the Owner’s damage in the event the Contractor is in default or breach of any obligation of this Agreement.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers.   • Third Party Contractors Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements.

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.
