Primary Use. Message Content and related Notices are used during the term of an Exhibit and only for the use(s) set forth in that Exhibit.
Primary Use. The facilities and equipment of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South are first and foremost for the use of its members and regularly scheduled programs and activities. When these facilities are not in use by Club groups or members, they may be reserved for non-Club groups or organizations at the sole discretion of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South.

The Contract Zoning change for this Property is granted and conditioned on the primary use of the Property as the Acadia Gateway Center, complete with the initiation of the building permit application for the transportation facilities of Phase I shortly after the execution of this agreement by the parties and the initiation of the building permit application for the transportation facilities of Phase II shortly after approval of the currently proposed work plan of MaineDOT by the Maine Legislature and the securing of funding therefor, and to be followed with building permit applications for the additional facilities of Phases III and IV. All Phases of the Project shall be in accord with the Contract Zoning Application and detailed plans and specifications for the Project submitted by MaineDOT to the Trenton Planning Board in February 2009 and in accord with future, final governmental permits when issued to authorize the beginning of construction of the Project. The transportation facilities of Phases I and II must be operated as integral elements of the overall Acadia Gateway Center as the primary use for the Contract to remain valid.
Primary Use. The Premises, excluding any sand portion thereof not paved or otherwise covered with improvements (use of which sand area is subject to Concessionaire obtaining a separate permit in each instance), (the Premises as so limited, the “Usable Premises”) shall be used primarily by Concessionaire for the operation of a first class restaurant (including banquet facilities), snack bar, outdoor public dining area and parking lot, each conforming to the Quality Standards set forth in Section 8.1. of this Contract, as well as other facilities directly related thereto, and for the sale within the Premises of food and beverages, beach equipment and other miscellaneous items of merchandise that are appropriate to recreational use at the beach or for use as souvenirs, provided prior written approval for the sale of anything other than food, beverages and the items listed within the last two paragraphs of Section 1 of RFP Appendix A Statement of Work has been obtained from the Director. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and such approval shall be deemed withheld if Director fails to grant or deny his or her approval within sixty (60) days after Director’s receipt of a written request from Concessionaire (collectively, the foregoing shall be referred to herein as “Permitted Uses”). Concessionaire shall not use or permit the Premises to be used in whole or in part during the term of this Contract for any purpose other than the Permitted Uses without the prior written consent of the County. Concessionaire shall comply with all Applicable Laws and shall pay for and maintain any and all licenses, liquor license and permits related to, required for, or affecting the use, operation, maintenance, repair or improvement of the Premises.
Primary Use. Lessee shall have the right to use the Premises only for the purpose of constructing and operating the Project and any additional wind energy developments and shall carry on no other activities other than those which are reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, restoration, and removal of the Project and any additional wind energy developments.
Primary Use. The Tenant is granted and shall have the right during the Term to occupy and use the Project for any lawful purpose authorized pursuant to the Act. Insofar as it is practicable under existing conditions from time to time during the Term of this Lease, the Project shall be used primarily as a facility for manufacturing thermoplastic compounds.
