Primary Duties. Executive will perform such duties and functions as are generally associated with the position of Chief Financial Officer as well as such other specific duties and functions that are reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Primary Duties. Employee is hereby employed by Employer as Executive Vice President of State Bank and, subsequent to the merger, as Executive Vice President of Prosperity Bank. Employee shall perform such work as may be assigned to him subject to the instructions, directions, and control of Employer and all such duties shall be consistent with the type of nature of work normally performed by senior banking officers.
Primary Duties. The Director of Information and Integration shall support directors and teachers in providing data needed to complete the annual evaluation process. The Director shall supervise the export preparation of all student data sent to the State of Indiana.
Primary Duties. Employee is hereby employed by Employer as Vice Chairman of Prosperity Bank and shall primarily manage the solicitation and servicing of loan and depository accounts of Employer associated with the locations of Employer which were previously those of Paradigm Bank Texas and shall perform such other work as may be assigned to him subject to the instructions, directions, and control of Employer, which shall be consistent with the type of nature of work normally performed by senior banking officers.
Primary Duties. During the Term (as defined below), the Executive’s principal duties and responsibilities shall be those determined by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company to be reasonably necessary to carry out the functions of the Executive’s office. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive’s duties shall be similar to those customarily performed by comparable officers of companies that conduct the same or similar business as the Company.
Primary Duties. During the Term, and excluding any periods of disability, vacation or sick leave to which the Executive is entitled, the Executive shall devote her primary business time, attention and energies to the business of the Company. During the Term, it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for the Executive to (i) serve on corporate, civic or charitable boards or committees, (ii) deliver lectures or fulfill speaking engagements and (iii) manage personal investments, so long as in each case such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of the Executive’s responsibilities as an employee of the Company in accordance with this Agreement. The parties hereto recognize that Executive has other on-going projects and business interests and she is not precluded hereby from engaging in such projects or interests so long as she performs her executive functions as a primary focus.
Primary Duties. The Superintendent is the chief executive of the District and shall faithfully perform the duties of the Superintendent of Schools for the District as prescribed in the job description and as may be lawfully assigned by the Board, and shall comply with all lawful Board directives, state and federal law, and District policy, rules, and regulations as they exist or may hereafter be amended. Specifically, his duties and responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to those outlined by Section l l.20l(d) of the Texas Education Code. It shall be the duty of the Superintendent to recommend for employment all professional employees of the District, subject to the Board's approval. It shall be the further duty of the Superintendent to employ all other personnel consistent with the Board's policies. It shall be the further duty of the Superintendent to direct, assign, reassign, and evaluate all of the employees of the District consistent with Board policies and federal and state law. It shall be the further duty of the Superintendent to organize, reorganize, and arrange the staff of the District, and to develop and establish administrative regulations, rules, and procedures which the Superintendent deems necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the District consistent with the Board's lawful directives, the Board's policies, and state and federal law. It shall be the further duty of the Superintendent to accept all resignations of employees of the District consistent with the Board's policies, except the Superintendent's resignation, which may only be accepted by the Board. The Superintendent shall perform these duties with reasonable care, diligence, skill, and expertise, consistent with the Board's goal of high academic performance for the District's students. All duties assigned to the Superintendent by the Board shall be appropriate to and consistent with the professional role and responsibility of the Superintendent.
