Primary Coverage. All insurance policies shall provide that the required coverage shall apply on a primary and not on an excess or contributing basis as to any other insurance that may be available to OGS or any Authorized User for any claim arising from a Contractor’s work under any Contract awarded as a result of this solicitation, or as a result of a Vendor or Contractor’s activities. Any other insurance maintained by OGS or any Authorized User shall be excess of and shall not contribute with the Vendor/Contractor’s insurance.
Primary Coverage. All insurance policies shall provide that the required coverage shall be primary and non-contributory to other insurance available to the People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use the Contract and their officers, agents, and employees. Any other insurance maintained by the People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use the Contract and their officers, agents, and employees shall be excess of and shall not contribute with the Contractor’s insurance.

Contractor’s insurance shall apply as primary and shall not seek contribution from any insurance or self-insurance maintained by, or provided to, the additional insureds listed above including, at a minimum, the State of Washington and/or any Purchaser. All insurance or self-insurance of the State of Washington and/or Purchasers shall be excess of any insurance provided by Contractor or subcontractors.
Primary Coverage. Insurance carried by PURCHASER under this contract shall be the primary coverage, and the STATE's insurance is excess and solely for damages or losses for which the STATE is responsible.

For any claims related to this contract, the CONSULTANT’s insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the City, its elected and appointed officials, employees, and agents. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the City, its elected and appointed officials, employees, or agents shall be excess of the CONSULTANT’s insurance and shall not contribute with it.
Primary Coverage. All Contractor’s insurance provided in compliance with this Contract shall be primary and shall not seek contribution from insurance or self-insurance programs afforded to or maintained by the State. Insurance or self-insurance programs afforded to or maintained by the State shall be in excess of, and shall not contribute with, insurance required of the Contractor and Subcontractors under this Contract.

Any insurance or self- insurance maintained by the County, its officers, officials, employees, or volunteers shall be excess of the Consultant’s insurance and shall not contribute with it.
Primary Coverage. Consultant’s insurance shall be primary insurance as respects City, and any insurance or self insurance maintained by City shall be in excess of Consultant’s insurance and shall not contribute to it.
