Primary Care Referrals. Primary care referrals to other social service and health care providers as medically indicated are provided; however, the costs of those primary care services are not covered for enrollees of this demonstration. The state must facilitate access to primary care services for participants, and must assure CMS that written materials concerning access to primary care services are distributed to demonstration participants. The written materials must explain to the participants how they can access primary care services.

These primary care services are not covered for enrollees who are not in the IPC component of this Demonstration.

If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.
