Common use of Primarily Liable Clause in Contracts

Primarily Liable. (j) The Guarantor agrees that it is directly and primarily liable to the Lender, that the Guarantied Obligations hereunder are independent of the obligations of Debtor, or of any other guarantor, and that a separate action or actions may be brought and prosecuted against the Guarantor, whether action is brought against Debtor or any other guarantor or whether Debtor or any other guarantor is joined in any such action or actions. The Guarantor agrees that any releases which may be given by the Lender to Debtor or any other guarantor or endorser shall not release the Guarantor from this Guaranty.
