Common use of Prima Facie Evidence Clause in Contracts

Prima Facie Evidence. In any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the records maintained pursuant to Clause 15.1 (Evidence of Debt) shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of the specified obligations of the Borrower.
