Pricing Billing Changes to Service Plans and Payment a) Prices and Fees; Billing. You agree to pay the fees applicable to your Service or Bundled Service, either on a monthly or prepaid basis, as applicable, and to pay: a) applicable taxes, b) surcharges, c) recovery fees, d) telephone charges, e) activation fees, f) installation fees, g) set-up fees, h) equipment charges, i) ETFs, and j) other recurring and nonrecurring charges associated with the Service plan you have selected. The taxes, fees and other charges detailed in a)-d) above may vary on a monthly basis. Surcharges and recovery fees are not taxes and are not required by law, but are set by Frontier and may change. You also agree to pay any additional charges or fees applied to your account, including interest and charges due to insufficient credit or insufficient funds. Non-recurring charges such as set up, activation and installation fees, and equipment charges, will be included in your first bill. Monthly Service and Bundled Service recurring charges will be billed one month in advance; any usage charges will be billed in arrears. Pre-paid pricing plans for Additional Services will be billed in advance. Based on your election and subject to our approval, Frontier or its agent will bill you directly, or bill your charge card or local Frontier telephone bill (where available). IF YOU ELECT TO BE BILLED ON YOUR FRONTIER PHONE BILL, BY USING THE SERVICES YOU AGREE TO HAVE ALL SERVICE CHARGES INCLUDED ON YOUR PHONE BILL. IF YOU SUBSCRIBE TO A BUNDLED SERVICE PLAN, THEN ALL OF THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE BUNDLED SERVICE PLAN MUST BE BILLED ON YOUR FRONTIER PHONE BILL. Billing for Dial-up Service will automatically begin upon registration of your account. Billing for Broadband Services will automatically begin on the date provisioning of your Broadband Service is complete ("Service Ready Date"). Billing for Additional Services will begin on your Service Ready Date if you are also ordering a new Broadband Service. Otherwise, billing for Additional Services will begin upon submission of your order, unless otherwise noted. We may, at our election, waive any fees or charges. If you cancel any component of a Bundled Services plan, the monthly charges for the remaining services on your account will automatically convert to the applicable existing, non-discounted month- to-month service rate.

You agree to pre-pay the fees applicable to your Service, which amounts include without limitation: (1) applicable taxes, (2) surcharges, (3) recovery fees, (4) other government fees or charges, (5) activation fees, (6) installation fees, (7) setup fees, (8) equipment charges, and, (9) late payment fees, (10) all other recurring and nonrecurring charges associated with the Service plan you have selected, and (11) any other fees or charges applicable under the terms and conditions of your service. Surcharges and fees are not taxes and are not required by law, but are set by Nymble. Fees applicable to Service, and payable by you, are subject to increase; provided, however, that you will be notified of any such increase and have the opportunity to decline continuing Service.

Pricing Billing Changes to Service Plans and Payment. As noted above, you understand and agree that your internet access is conditioned on you viewing advertising: specifically, the FreeNet service will serve you a video advertisement (“Advertising Window”); after viewing that advertisement, you will be authorized for internet access (“Access Window”). Your timed Access Window will begin at the point at which the video advertising ends, and will continue to run regardless of whether your browser is open or whether you are actively accessing the internet. Buckeye specifically reserves the right, in its sole and unlimited discretion, to determine the length of the Advertising Window and Access Window, which length is subject to change with no notice to customer. Buckeye also specifically reserves the right, in its sole and unlimited discretion, to increase or decrease Service speeds with no notice to Customer. If during the Access Window your browser fails for any reason (including without limitation power failure, software or hardware problems, or intentional closing of the browser), prior authorized internet access may be voided and you may be required to view additional advertising to enable further internet access. You agree to pay all fees applicable to your Service, which may include without limitation: (1) applicable taxes; (2) surcharges; (3) recovery fees; (4) government fees or charges; (5) fees for activation, installation, or set-up; (6) equipment charges; (7) late payment fees; and (8) any other fees or charges applicable under the terms and conditions of your service. For example, Buckeye waives any FreeNet equipment fee for navigation devices (e.g., modem) it provides, contingent on continued and consistent use of the service. If you access FreeNet on such a device, and fail to use the service of an extended time, you may be required to pay for the device, including any applicable sales tax; in addition, to restart service, you may be required to

  • Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 2.1.4.12.1 In the event BellSouth identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.5, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall include such additional wire centers in a carrier notification letter (CNL).   • Rental Rates and Wage Rates for Change Orders As soon as is practical, but prior to the completion of the Construction Preparation Period and in any event prior to the commencement of any Work on the Site, the Contractor shall submit in accordance with the style and format of a specimen to be furnished by the Owner for consideration of the Owner the following: (1) a proposal for rental rates on heavy construction equipment that shall apply in the event Change Order Work is performed, and (2) a proposal for wage rates for the types of project labor that shall apply in the event of the execution of any Change Order Work. Under penalty of false swearing, a principal of the contracting firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates do not exceed current costs for like services. The Owner will in no event consider a rental rate in excess of eighty percent of the rate set forth in the latest edition of the "Compilation of Nationally Averaged Rental Rates for Construction Equipment" of the Associated Equipment Distributors unless the rates proposed in excess of eighty percent are supported by proof satisfactory to the Owner that the excess rates are reasonable. If the equipment is owned by the Contractor the costs shall be charged at a maximum of eighty percent of market monthly rental rates for the amount of time used. If applicable, transportation costs may be included. The decision of the Owner shall be final, binding and conclusive on all parties. Rental rates shall be payable only for the actual time the equipment is required on the Site.

  • Changes to Service We may, from time to time, modify the Service to reflect improvements and other changes and modifications to our network. In addition, we reserve the right to discontinue or limit Service as required to comply with or satisfy our obligations under applicable laws or regulations, including when changes to or interpretations of such laws and regulations have a material, adverse effect on the business, technical or economic feasibility of providing Service, as determined by us in our reasonable judgment.

  • Changes to the Service We reserve the right to terminate, modify, add and remove features from the Service at any time in our sole discretion. You may reject changes by discontinuing use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes. Maintenance to the Service may be performed from time-to-time resulting in interrupted service, delays or errors in the Service and we shall have no liability for any such interruptions, delays or errors.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Classification Changes When the University determines that a revision of a class specification for positions covered by this agreement is needed, and such revision affects the collective bargaining unit designation, the University shall notify AFSCME in writing of the proposed change.
