Prices for Products. Customer shall pay the applicable price for each Product as set forth in U.S. dollars in Exhibit A (or if not set forth in Exhibit A, as otherwise agreed in writing by the parties) and as may be amended from time to time by Supplier and Customer in accordance with this Agreement. In the event that the average of the Exchange Rates during the Exchange Rate Period (such average, the “Average Exchange Rate”) differs from the Base Rate by more or less than * percent (but not more or less than * percent), then the unit price as reflected on invoices issued during the following calendar quarter shall be adjusted accordingly.
Prices for Products. During the Term, Prometheus shall pay the applicable price for each Product set forth on Schedule 5.1, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
