Price Term. Prices in Attachment A are firm with prospective renegotiation at an agreed upon time. The criteria for a re-determination of pricing are under Section 2.3.5, Price Changes.

Price Term. Pricing is firm for the three year period (“Pricing Period”). The first pricing period begins on the Effective Date. Adjustments may be requested in writing by either party and will take effect no earlier than the next Pricing Period.
Price Term. Pricing is firm for the initial base term of the Contract. Adjustments may be requested, in writing, by either party during an option year and will be firm for 365 calendar days after the effective date of the price change. The State prefers a 60 calendar day notice prior to exercising an option year. If the product is subject to a government issued tariff surcharge, the surcharge must be listed as a separate line item in the pricing schedule. The Contractor must adjust or remove the tariff surcharge immediately if it is rescinded or decreased by the government. The Contractor must quote prices “F.O.B. Destination, within Government Premises” with transportation charges included in the unit price on all orders that meet the minimum order requirement if specified in Section 1.5, Minimum Order. The State will not pay any freight.
